Buy registering and posting items sellers affirm that they have read and agree to all the terms and conditions in these instructions and in the User Agreement.

Later we will have fields for shipping information and payment terms. Until this update is complete sellers should include this information in the description field of of the "add new item page". All sellers should include detail information on the shipping time, cost and methods. Sellers should also state their payment terms and methods. To avoid conflict, bidders are instructed not to bid on items which do not have the payment terms and shipping cost and options in the description.
Listing & Bidding Rules
There is no reserve on any of the auctions. However, sellers may bid on their own items. If you want a minimum selling price, you can bid that price on your item. You can also extend the auction closing date and time, but it is bad business to do so if there are bidders bidding on your merchandise. Doing so will discourage bidders from bidding on your merchandise. You can also end the auction early. If the item is for sale elsewhere and sells, you can end the auction by outbidding the high bidder and then setting the auction ending date to the current date and time, (using the local server time, see the time instruction below.) If your item is for sale elsewhere, you should include that information in the description field on the add new item page. At statement such as, "Item for-sale on elsewhere; seller reserves the right to end auction early," is appropriate.
Free Selling and Posting
Merchandise can be posted free. There is no charge for the listing or if the item sales. One photo can be uploaded in jpg, jpeg, or gif format. File size is limited to 1MB. Additional photos can be uploaded for a $1.00 free each.
Release of Liability
Sellers agree to hold the website, its authors and agents blameless for losses resulting from a sale, a no sale, non payment by bidder, or or any other reason relating to the use of this website. This is a free service. Use it at your own risk.
Auction Length
Sellers can set the auction ending date to any date and time they wish. Items are listed on the main page and on each category page with the oldest listings to the top. Therefore, longer auction times will increase the likelihood of getting higher in the listings.
Server Time
All times are the server time and are MST/MDT. MST is 7 hours behind of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) The current date and time is shown on the top of each page.
